Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern access to the andesfundec.com website and the first consultation submitted through the form. Any later participation in a specific housing project is governed by a signed and notarised contract, not by these Terms.
1. Who we are
This site is operated by Andesfundec S.A.S., RUC 1793215476001, registered office: Av. Amazonas N34-451 and Av. Atahualpa, Andes Plaza Building, 7th floor, Quito 170135 — Ecuador. We are supervised by the Superintendence of Companies, Securities and Insurance.
2. Nature of the service
Andesfundec offers a private participation program in active housing projects within Ecuadorian territory. It is not a government program, not a publicly offered financial instrument and carries no state guarantee.
3. Who can consult
The form is intended for individuals over 18 years old residing in Ecuador, preferably aged 40 to 65 (born between 1960 and 1985). People outside that range may consult on an informational basis.
4. Published information
The texts on this site describe the program in general terms. Specific conditions (amounts, deadlines, distribution schedule) are delivered in writing after the consultation. In case of divergence, the contractual document prevails.
5. Risks
Participation in housing projects involves risks: construction delays, variation in material costs and the possibility of partial or total loss of the capital contributed. Distributions depend on the actual progress of each project. Past results do not guarantee future results.
6. Intellectual property
The logo, texts and photographs on the site are owned by Andesfundec S.A.S. or its licensors (Unsplash for editorial photography). Commercial reproduction is prohibited without written authorisation.
7. Liability
Andesfundec is not liable for indirect damages arising from site interruptions or evident typographical errors. We aim for 99.5% annual availability with permanent monitoring.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms when Ecuadorian law or an operational change requires it. Previous versions are archived. The date of the last update is always shown at the top.
9. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Disputes will be resolved before the courts of the city of Quito, unless arbitration is expressly agreed in the final contract.
